The short version
- No ads, ever.
- We never sell your information.
- Only you can open what you add.
- Some features use AI to make suggestions. We tell you which ones below.
- You can download your information or delete your account at any time in Settings.
Who runs Command Center
MyKey Command Center is developed and owned by MyKey Consulting Services LLC in Bothell, Washington. "We" and "us" mean MyKey Consulting Services LLC. You can reach us at hello@mykeyplans.com.
What we keep
When you sign in and use Command Center, we keep:
- Your name and email address.
- Your answers during setup: whether you are setting it up for yourself or helping someone, and the areas you say are hardest right now.
- What you add: tasks, routines, goals, habits, focus sessions, social stories and screen-time logs.
- Check-ins: your mood, energy and focus, and any notes you write.
- Memory aids: notes, places, and details about people who matter to you.
- Files you upload: photos, voice memos and documents.
- Your chats with the helpers inside the app.
- If you joined a paid plan before the app became free: your plan, its status and its renewal date. Card details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Some of this is personal. Check-in notes can say how you are feeling. Memory aids and goals can name other people. Please add only what you are comfortable keeping in an app, and add details about another person only if they would be fine with it.
Command Center is not a medical record and is not covered by health privacy laws such as HIPAA.
Who can see your information
- What you add can be opened only by your own account.
- Sharing with a support person is not switched on right now. When it is, we will update this page first.
- As the owner of the app, MyKey Consulting Services LLC can reach stored records through the hosting service's administration tools. We do this only to give support you asked for, fix a problem, complete a removal request, follow the law, or protect someone from serious harm.
We may share information if the law requires it.
What stays on your device
- A sign-in token is saved in your browser so you stay signed in.
- A few settings are saved in your browser, such as whether reminders and read-aloud are on.
- Reminders appear only while the app is open. You can turn them off in Settings.
- Read-aloud uses your device's own voice. Nothing is sent anywhere to make it work.
- The Family Toolkit edition of Command Center, opened from the MyKey Family Toolkit flipbook, needs no account. Everything you add there is saved only in the browser on your device and is never sent to us. The "Clear my data" button erases it. Like any website, the service that hosts it can see that the page was opened.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.
Smart features and AI
Many helpers in Command Center are called "Smart" features. They use AI. That includes suggestions for tasks, routines and goals, the daily briefing, the Wellness Coach, the Assistant, memory search, picture schedules, and turning a voice memo into text.
When you use one of these, the information it needs is sent to an AI model to create a response. Depending on the feature, that can include your first name, your tasks, routines and goals, your recent check-ins and notes, or a file you chose to upload.
These AI models are provided through Base44, the service that hosts the app, and include Anthropic's Claude. We do not use your information to train AI models of our own.
Command Center does not use AI to study faces or voices.
AI can be wrong. Please read the "Smart features" section of our Terms.
The companies that help us run Command Center
- Base44 hosts the app, handles sign-in, and stores your information and uploaded files. It also keeps a basic record of which pages are opened, which helps us fix problems.
- AI services provided through Base44, including Anthropic, as described above.
- Stripe, only if you have an earlier paid plan. Stripe handles payment details.
Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. Because of that, there is nothing to opt out of, and a browser signal such as Global Privacy Control does not change how the app works.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is open.
Seeing, changing or removing your information
- You can change or delete most things you add from inside the app.
- You can download your information in Settings and in Reports. Some items, such as social stories and screen-time logs, are not yet part of the download. Email us and we will send them.
- You can delete your account in Settings using Delete Account. This removes your records and cancels any earlier plan.
- Files you uploaded, such as photos and voice memos, are not removed automatically. Email us and we will remove them within 30 days.
- For anything else, email hello@mykeyplans.com from the address on your account. We answer within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have added rights under your state's privacy law, such as the right to know what we hold and to have it corrected or deleted. We give these to everyone, wherever you live.
Children and students
Command Center is for people age 13 and older. If you are 13 to 17, a parent or guardian should know you are using it, and many families and school teams set it up together. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email hello@mykeyplans.com and we will remove it.
When a parent, teacher or support person sets up Command Center for someone else, they are responsible for having that person's permission, or their guardian's.
Where your information is kept
Command Center is run from the United States, and information is stored and processed in the United States.
Keeping information safe
Information is sent over an encrypted connection and kept on Base44's hosted systems. Each person's records are locked to their own account. No online service can promise perfect security. Use a strong password, and sign out on shared devices.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is important, we will also tell you in the app.
